We hold a simple belief at Fleming Banfu. Clients may pay our bills but it's candidates like you that make us successful.

We recruit senior level appointments on a retained basis. We require a financial commitment from our clients before we will approach anyone on their behalf - which means you know when contacted by us that you are not going to become embroiled in meetings about an opportunity that might never materialise.   

It also means that everyone on the short list will have usually come through us.  When we give you advice it's not clouded by the need to make a placement or earn commission. We won't try and change your mind if the role doesn't fit your needs, or match your goals.

We almost always follow up personal recommendations -  if now is not the right time when we approach you we are always interested to hear about good people in our field that you have worked with, or know.
