Marcus Wood

Marcus Wood is actively operating as a senior level recruiter on his own assignments in his specialist area; as well as running the firm.
He has been involved in senior level Executive Search for twenty years, working with Dragons Den star James Caan at Alexander Mann Plc and also at MKA Management Consulting before taking over Fleming Banfu in 1998.
He started out in the frozen food wholesaling business, eventually becoming sales director for an international seafood processing company.
Marcus specialises in the consumer goods industry and he has a portfolio of clients spanning the entire brand and own label spectrum in food and non-food.
Marcus is a member of the Institute of Directors, is a former Parliamentary Candidate and is a regular contributor to the BBC and other media on employment and recruitment issues.

Our Chairman was a partner of one of the very first UK based executive search practices, established in Regent Street, London in 1964
In the early 1970's he formed his own international executive search business that soon became involved in a pioneering range of assessment and human resource management services, especially outplacement.
In the 1980's his business was acquired by international consulting group PE International.

John Hardy is a long-serving recruitment and Executive Search consultant with over 20 years experience in senior level executive search with a speciality in retailing, foodservice and brewing.
In his own words "Recruitment is not so much a scientific process, as an artistic one, whereby an individual’s personality and character are as important as the qualifications they possess."
John is a recruitment and retention consultant to businesses involved in providing care support services; providing advice and support in addition to a dedicated recruitment and HR service.
